  • Craft of Gods: Dyagv

Chardryagva.png Logodryagva.png The Black Serpent was intrigued by mysterious and quietly powerful spirits who lived in the lakes and rivers of the Primordial World. They were usually invisible, but when disturbed they could become incredibly dangerous.  The Serpent decided to give the strongest of them corporeal bodies, hoping that they would lend their strength to his armies, but he was disappointed -  trapped in mortal bodies, these Spirits lost their ability to control waterways. Weakened and ripped out from their peaceful world, mortal Spirits called themselves Dryagvas. They retreated into impassable marshes and bogs, hoping to find peace again. These new creatures settled easily in the marshes, for they still had the power of Water. Dryagvas are sedate creatures, indifferent to many petty problems, they can live for centuries and they are deeply attached to their birthplace. When after many centuries, they joined the Serpent's armies, it was with great reluctance that they left their marshland homes to populate new lands.
