- Free to Play server and Pay to Play server in the same game? What is this all about?
Craft of Gods is the game of Free Choices. We wanted to bring the concept even further and we wondered ‘how could we give even more freedom of choice to our users?’. The answer was creating a new server and letting users choose the model they prefer. This also answers many requests we’ve received through the past months: many users wanted to play the game, but they did not want to be limited by a monthly subscription; so here’s their chance to enjoy the game.
- Do I have to pay or buy something in order to play on the F2P server?
No, you only need to register an account on our website, download the game client and install it.
- Which are the main differences between the two servers?
The two servers are pretty much the same: the game is the same, the maps are the same, the gameplay itself is the same. There are of course a few differences in terms of content: some items which are available in the P2P server, are not available in the F2P server for example; others in the F2P are purchasable using premium money (called Kun). - I bought the Craft of Gods client online or through a retailer. What do I do now?
You have two choices: you can choose to play in the P2P server and in that case by redeeming your key you’ll receive 1 month subscription plus the eventual exclusive items included; or you can choose to play in the F2P server and in that case by redeeming the key you’ll convert your box cost into 3 premium money (Kun) that you can spend in the item shop – the exact amount depends on which edition of the client you bought, please check the redeem key information page for further information.
- What’s this Kun you’re talking about?
Kun is a virtual currency created for the F2P server (it is not available in the P2P server). It is used to purchase premium items that otherwise won’t be available in the game. You can buy Kun through Kalicanthus’ shop.
- Where can I spend Kun into the game?
In every village there will be a Kun Merchant which will sell all items purchasable with Kun.
- Why should I choose one server instead of the other one?
That depends exclusively on what you’re looking for and how you want to play the game. Each server has got its advantages: for instance, if you choose the P2P Server (Akvilon) you’ll be able to experience the Craft of Gods experience in its fullness, without having to worry about purchasing additional items and being sure that every player is on the same level and there are no differences at all in terms of items and areas available to each one.
Instead, if you choose the F2P server you can play absolutely for free without any additional cost; you can decide what kind of additional items you may need and purchase them singularly, but you can also keep playing without purchasing anything.
- What if I joined a server and then I want to move to the other one?
You can move your characters from one server to the other if you want. In order to find all the information about this please check our server transfer page
- What if I bought a monthly subscription and now I want to move on the F2P server?
You can move your characters to the F2P servers, there are two possible ways to do this – please check the character transfer information page for the details. In both cases the days remaining in the subscriptions will be converted to premium money (Kun) at the rate of 0,29€*subscription days left.
- How often can I move a character from one server to another?
You can move a character from one server to another only once in a month.
- If I move my character from one server to another what will happen to my items?
It depends on the transfer mode you chose. In order to find all the information about this please check our server transfer page.
- If I have a key to redeem what kind of bonuses am I going to receive?
It depends on the key and on which server you want to redeem the key for. You can find all the information about this by checking out our redeem key information page.
